• If you use Hotmail email account, this notice concerns you.
  Hotmail has modified its anti-spam policy. As a result, most emails sent from a Web account will be moved into your “Junk” email folder.
  To correct this problem, we recommend 2 solutions:
  1. 1. In the “Junk” email folder, select a message coming from Boiteaservices.com and choose the option “Not junk”.
     
  2. 1. Login to your Hotmail or MSN account
     2. Click on "Options", at the far right
     3. Then click on "Safe and blocked senders", under the “Junk e-mail” header
     4. Click on "Safe mailing lists"
     5. Add "www.boiteaservices.com" to the list.
     
     
     
• What happens when the content (text, photos, documents) of one of my ads is not approved?
  
  Answer: You’ll be notified by email and will then be able to modify your Profile by uploading the information again.
  
  
  
• How can I avoid forgetting to renew, and avoid losing my account information (profile, services and documents)?
  
  Answer: Answer: You’ll receive an email notification 7 days prior to the end of your subscription, giving you time to renew. To do so, go to the Your Subscription in your Profile.
  
  
  
• What must I do to withdraw a service (needed or offered)?
  
  Answer: You can make service offers or requests visible or invisible, at you discretion, whether for the purposes of editing your ads before displaying them, or to temporarily remove them because your needs are currently being met.
  
  
  
• I forgot my access code or email address!

• What payment modes do you accept?
  
  1- Online credit cards (VISA or MasterCard) via PayPal.
  
  2- Open a PayPal account in just a few minutes, for free. This way you can send money without revealing any financial information. You’ll save time, as PayPal requires only your email address and password.
